Is there a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free forever: you get 10 credits when you sign up, unlimited AI captions and text, a creator profile with 21 themes, all 78 browser tools, and access to both the iOS app and the web studio. No card required.
How does billing work?
Studio subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase when you subscribe in the iOS app, or through Stripe when you subscribe on the web. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS) or from your account on the web. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
Which plan is the best value?
Yearly works out to about 8.5¢ per credit, versus 12.0¢ monthly and 18.0¢ weekly. Weekly is ideal for a single campaign or launch; yearly is the cheapest way to create daily.
What does a credit buy?
AI captions and text are free. An AI image, image edit, try-on or pose copy costs 1 credit; auto subtitles cost 3; a 7-second video costs 7 and a 12-second video 12 (AI audio adds 7); motion control costs 7 per clip. The full table is on this page.
What is the refund policy?
Purchases made through Apple are refunded by Apple according to their policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, email [email protected]. Credits that have already been used are non-refundable.
What is the difference between Studio and Agency?
Agency includes everything in Studio plus team workspaces and roles, a custom domain on profiles, dedicated support and invoice billing, with per-seat pricing. Contact us and we will set it up for your team.
