Welcome to ModelsGroup Creators. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ModelsGroup platform, including the website at modelsgroup.com and the ModelsGroup Creators mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ModelsGroup ("we", "us", or "our").

Create AI images, short videos, captions and marketing content using powerful AI tools designed for creators and marketers. ModelsGroup Creators is an AI-powered creative platform that helps you generate visual and written content quickly and easily. Whether you create social media posts, marketing visuals, or creative projects, the app provides simple tools to help turn ideas into content.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. For iOS users, use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address, Google account, or Apple ID. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page in the app or on the website. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Service Description

ModelsGroup Creators provides the following AI creation tools and creator features:

AI Creation Tools

  • AI Image Generation: Create AI-generated images using prompts, styles and reference photos. Generate visual content for social media, marketing materials and creative projects.
  • AI Video Creation: Turn images into short AI-generated videos suitable for social media and digital content.
  • AI Image Editing: Transform and enhance images using AI-assisted editing tools.
  • AI Text Generation: Generate captions, short descriptions and marketing text with customizable tone and language options.
  • AI Subtitles: Automatically generate subtitles for videos and customize style and appearance.

Creator Features

  • Creative Gallery: All your generated images, videos and text are organized in one place so you can review, download and manage your content.
  • Smart Links & Profile: Create short links, build a simple profile page and manage your creator links from within the app.
  • Free Browser Tools: 77+ free tools for image editing, PDF processing, video editing, text utilities, CSS design, and calculators — all processing happens locally in your browser.

4. Third-Party AI Services

This app uses third-party AI services to process prompts, images and videos in order to generate requested content. Processing is performed securely through external AI providers including:

  • OpenAI: AI text generation and prompt enhancement (text prompts only, no personal data)
  • fal.ai: AI image and video generation (prompts only, no personal data)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Content Generation

Our AI features use third-party AI models to generate images, videos, and text based on your prompts. Generated content quality may vary, and we do not guarantee specific results.

5.2 Ownership of AI-Generated Content

Subject to these Terms, you retain rights to use AI-generated content created through your account for personal and commercial purposes. However, due to the nature of AI generation, similar or identical content may be generated for other users using similar prompts. We make no claims of exclusive ownership on your behalf.

5.3 Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to use AI features to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
  • Depicts minors in inappropriate situations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains hate speech or promotes violence against individuals or groups
  • Is deceptive, fraudulent, or designed to mislead (e.g., deepfakes for malicious purposes)
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempts to bypass content safety filters

We reserve the right to refuse generation requests and to remove content that violates these restrictions without notice.

6. Credits, Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Credit System

AI generation features require credits. New users receive 10 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through subscriptions or one-time credit packs.

6.2 Subscription Plans

The following subscription plans are available:

  • Free: 10 credits upon registration
  • Weekly: $8.99/week — 50 credits
  • Monthly: $29.99/month — 250 credits
  • Yearly: $299.99/year — 3,500 credits

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

6.3 One-Time Credit Packs

Credit packs are available as one-time in-app purchases and do not auto-renew.

6.4 Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

6.5 Refunds

For purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. Credits that have already been used are non-refundable.

6.6 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to future purchases only and will not affect credits already purchased.

7. Who Can Use This App

ModelsGroup Creators is designed for:

  • Content creators
  • Social media managers
  • Marketers
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Anyone interested in creating AI-assisted content

8. User Content and Conduct

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (photos, profile information, links). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., displaying your public profile).

8.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Upload or share content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Create short links that redirect to malicious, phishing, or illegal content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

8.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Repeat violations may result in account termination.

9. Free Browser-Based Tools

Our free tools (image editing, PDF tools, video tools, text/code utilities, CSS design tools, calculators) operate entirely within your web browser. No data is uploaded to our servers when using these tools. These tools are provided "as is" and we are not responsible for any data loss or corruption during local processing.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by ModelsGroup and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our written permission.

10.2 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from bias
  • Results from any AI feature will meet your specific requirements
  • Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MODELSGROUP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ModelsGroup and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you upload or generate through the Service

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) shall survive.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account through the Settings page.

15. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the ModelsGroup Creators app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • These Terms are between you and ModelsGroup only, not with Apple.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession and use of the app.
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
  • Your use of the app is subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the Apple Standard EULA (for iOS users), constitute the entire agreement between you and ModelsGroup regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
